There is no minimum on retail orders.
PRODUCTION TIME:
Delivery time of your order may vary.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
- PayPal is preferred.
- All credit cards are accepted for orders over $150. Phone (877) 7TH-OLIVE or (877) 784-6548 to provide credit card details.
- Checks are also accepted but orders will not be shipped until funds have cleared.
- You are responsible for any bank charges assessed SEVENTHOLIVE for a cancelled check or any other service penalties.
Your order must be paid in full before shipment. No CODs. No credit.
All prices of taxable items include sales tax reimbursement computed to the nearest mill.
SHIPPING:
Please indicate how you want your order shipped so that the cost can be calculated and added to your final total. All UPS and USPS shipping options are available.
UPS 3-day select shipping is free for orders over $150 (single item or a combination of items).
CLAIMS:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and report any damage or missing items within 3 business days.
And please remember, SEVENTHOLIVE jewelry and paper beads are handmade, so there will be imperfections. However, SEVENTHOLIVE will work with you to fix any faults in assembly workmanship.
RETURNS:
You need SEVENTHOLIVE authorization to return any items.
